Gather your immigration documents and paperwork and make sure you do not miss any immigration appointments or Immigration Court hearings. Missing an immigration court hearing will lead to a removal order. If you are a DACA status holder, consider filing to renew your status now.
USCIS encourages you to submit your DACA renewal request 4-5 months before the expiration date. Having a documents folder on hand and planning diligently for your court dates is necessary to act fast when necessary.
***The case challenging the legality of the DACA is currently under review by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, so it’s best to act ASAP.***
