Shelby County Reforms Bail System
Shelby County has created a new bail process that will make the county’s system one of the fairest in the nation.
ACLU-TN is available to handle inquiries from journalists on state and national issues affecting civil liberties and civil rights in Tennessee. We can also answer questions on legislative matters that affect civil liberties and constitutional freedoms.
